Spectrum Juvenile Justice Services operates a secure youth residential treatment program for males aged 12 to 20, and we're seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our team for a term not exceeding six months. Located in Highland Park, MI, this is an exciting chance to play a crucial role in building the foundation of a program dedicated to helping young men succeed.

In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying top talent to extending offers, for a variety of critical positions, including:

  • Juvenile Development Specialists
  • Supervisors
  • Facility Managers
  • Therapists
  • Case Managers

What you will do:

  • Work closely with Spectrum's Human Resources team to meet staffing requirements in time for the opening of our secure residential youth program in Highland Park, MI.
  • Source a diverse pool of qualified candidates using innovative strategies.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the background check process efficiently and accurately.
  • Facilitate the selection of high-quality entry-level and professional team members.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment expertise.
