Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Technical (Engineering, Product) roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and meeting hiring timelines for our scaling business.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and implement tailored sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Proactively build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for critical functions, leveraging sourcing tools, networks, and events to meet future hiring needs.
- Partner with marketing and leadership to promote the company's unique value proposition to candidates, enhancing visibility and appeal within the competitive market.
- Utilize metrics and data insights to track recruiting performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive informed hiring decisions.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
- Expertise in leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and creative methods to identify and engage top talent.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals while maintaining a focus on quality, diversity, and candidate experience.
