Job Duties:
Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
Assesses candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Ensures behavioral assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet AdventHealth competencies.
Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary.
Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
Performs other duties as assigned.
This role is Hybrid, with the expectation of 3 in-office days per week (Tuesday - Thursday.)
This role is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
The pay rate for this role is $32 - $48/hr dependent on experience.

Education:
Bachelor's [Required]
Work Experience:
1+ recruiting/human resources experience [Required]
Healthcare experience [Preferred]

An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
Bachelor's Degree AND 1 years of relevant experience [Required] OR
Associate's Degree AND 3 years of relevant experience [Required] OR
High School Grad or Equiv AND 5 years of relevant experience [Required]
