Who You Are:
You are a seasoned IT recruitment professional with over four years of experience in the field. Your advanced English proficiency enables you to communicate effectively across diverse teams and candidates. Your expertise lies in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top IT talent. You excel in building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs, and developing strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational objectives. Your familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases ensures a streamlined hiring process. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to network effectively across various platforms, enhancing the company's employer brand and attracting high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate to identify current and future personnel needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop Sourcing Strategies: Utilize online channels, including job boards, careers pages, and social networks, to attract top IT talent.
- Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and fit within the company culture.
- Employer Branding: Enhance MAS Global's employer brand by creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Use metrics and analytics to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Over 4 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably within the consulting or technology sectors.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English skills (C1 level) are required.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
