About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter and HR Operations Associate to help recruit, hire and support our Worker Operations team in Mexico. As business needs evolve and change, you will also partner with leaders across GTM, R&D and G&A in the US doing the same.


Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Head of Talent and PeopleOps to manage full life cycle recruitment for all Seso Labor MX open roles, and occasionally US roles as needed
  • Support the Head of Worker Operations and other leaders in MX providing HR administrative support 
  • Use creative strategies to identify, source, attract, and hire top candidates quickly
  • Efficiently source, screen, and close world-class talent for open roles through internal and external channels
  • Own the candidate experience - prioritize end-to-end speed and engagement
  • Own MX onboarding experience from offer letters to ordering equipment and setting up accounts 
  • General administrative duties as needed


Skillset

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience preferably in a high-growth, start-up environment
  • 2+ years HR administration experience
  • Experience working with recruiting tools, systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Strong understanding of recruiting fundamentals and HR best practices
  • Demonstrated success in supporting a fast-paced, distributed workforce
