Hybrid working 3 days/week onsite
We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our in-house 
recruitment team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This role will focus primarily on delivering high-volume recruitment across our manufacturing and operational areas, ensuring critical vacancies are filled efficiently and effectively to support business performance.
 

You will manage end-to-end recruitment activity, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure high-quality talent while providing an excellent candidate experience. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills, resilience and the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across manufacturing and operational functions

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment activity from advertising through to offer and onboarding

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies

  • Source, attract and assess candidates using a variety of recruitment channels and direct sourcing techniques

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future recruitment needs

  • Coordinate interviews, selection activities and assessment processes

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication

  • Utilise recruitment systems (Workday) to manage vacancies, candidate records and recruitment reporting

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation, company policies and diversity and inclusion principles

  • Monitor recruitment performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes and process efficiency

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function

Key requirements 

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role

  • Significant experience managing high-volume recruitment activities within a manufacturing, production, engineering or industrial environment

  • Demonstrable experience delivering multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and working to challenging recruitment targets

  • Strong candidate sourcing and attraction skills across a variety of recruitment channels

  • Experience partnering with hiring managers

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice, employment legislation and recruitment compliance requirements

  • Experience using Workday recruitment technologies

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
