Job DescriptionThe Recreation Assistant at Villa Haven will be responsible for assisting with the planning, organization, and execution of various recreational activities and events. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for guest service, and a proactive approach to ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.
Qualifications- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or recreation industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and entertain guests of all ages and backgrounds.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve guest issues and concerns with professionalism and tact.
- Basic knowledge of sports, fitness, and recreational activities.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is preferred.
