Job Description

The job of an Assistant Instructor is to provide excellent customer service to guests who come to the sports center and to assist with indoor, outdoor, and health facilities at the sports center. That includes making bills and giving information regarding sports and other necessary hotel information.

  • Assist in organizing and supervising sports activities like volleyball, tennis, and table tennis.
  • Conduct aqua zumba, aerobics, and aqua gym sessions for guests.
  • Lead team-building activities to enhance guest engagement and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the Entertainment and Recreation Manager to plan and execute events.
  • Ensure guest safety during sports and fitness activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Sports Center facility.
  • Utilize language skills for effective guest interactions.
  • Support other Sports Center team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications

    Intermediate-level proficiency in sports (volleyball, tennis, table tennis).

  • Ability to conduct aqua zumba, aerobics, and aqua gym sessions.
  • Experience in leading team-building activities.
  • Strong communication and guest service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR
  • Good command of English.
  • Any other language will be an added advantage
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
