As a Recreation Advisor at our Manchester campus, you will be the spark that enriches our students' lives beyond the classroom, helping them discover their strengths, build confidence, and thrive!
Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: 5 days a week (includes 1 weekend day).
- Shift Times: Mid-day/evening shifts starting at either 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM.
- Rate of Pay: $17.20 per hour with immediate opportunities for increases based on experience.
What You'll Do (The Impact)
- Lead the Fun: Plan, lead, and supervise vibrant recreational and leadership programs tailored to student growth.
- Build Teams: Encourage positive social interactions and facilitate teamwork in a supportive, inclusive environment.
- Connect Communities: Develop exciting cultural and educational initiatives linking students with local Manchester community resources.
- Collaborate: Partner with center staff to ensure extracurricular activities align with overall student success goals.
- Inspire Growth: Foster a safe, motivating atmosphere that supports personal development and lasting connections.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Credentials: Valid in-state driver’s license and ability to meet company insurability standards.
