The Recovery Facilitator's role is to provide skills training and support as part of the Willowbrooke at Tanner health system and to promote self-determination, personal responsibility and empowerment inherent in self-directed recovery. Under immediate to general supervision, the Recovery Facilitator provides recovery support services and serves as a consumer advocate and provides consumer information and peer support for consumers in a variety of settings. The employee performs a wide range of tasks to support consumers in living their own lives and directing their own recovery and wellness process. The facilitator will model competency in recovery and wellness.
