About the Role
As a Recovery Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting individuals to build recovery capital and achieve their personal goals. You will:

  • Deliver structured one-to-one support and facilitate a range of peer support groups

  • Provide person-centred interventions that promote long-term recovery

  • Encourage self-efficacy and empower individuals to take ownership of their recovery journey

Key Responsibilities:
You will be expected to:

  • Manage a caseload of service users, developing, implementing and reviewing tailored recovery and treatment plans

  • Conduct triage/screening and comprehensive assessments

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, liaising with colleagues, family members and significant others where appropriate

  • Partner with external agencies to deliver shared assessments and coordinated interventions

  • Support service users’ progression from engagement through structured treatment to sustained recovery

  • Facilitate access to appropriate treatment pathways and community resources to strengthen recovery and social capital

  • Develop and deliver high-quality psychosocial interventions in both group and one-to-one settings

About You:
We are seeking positive, motivated and resilient individuals who are confident working within a fast-paced environment and with clients presenting complex needs.

  • Experience in substance use services is desirable but not essential

  • We welcome applicants with transferable skills from related sectors

  • Strong communication, organisational and partnership-working skills are essential

  • A compassionate, non-judgemental and person-centred approach is key
