The Records Management analyst is mainly responsible for analyzing and resolving invoice discrepancies by coordinating between internal departments and external suppliers. The role requires expertise in Stellantis’ SAP environment (PentaSAP), data analysis skills, and the ability to identify trends and drive corrective action. The analyst will work to identify and reduce recurring errors and improve overall process accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve SAP (PentaSAP) goods receipt and invoice discrepancies for assigned reconciliation codes
- Monitor repeat issues, identify patterns, and work with teams to correct root causes
- Work with Purchasing to identify training needs and provide guidance to internal teams and suppliers to help prevent future payment issues
- Review and maintain weekly performance data for goods receipt processing and resolution
- Publish the PC1 daily report
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
- Time management skills
