Records Management Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Accurately track, index, and protect sensitive customer information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and paperwork in strict adherence to established procedures.
- Utilize the O’Neil Records Management system for efficient and precise record management.
- Organize and store incoming records within designated warehouse locations, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Prepare and manage the dispatch or secure destruction of customer records, maintaining accurate logs of all movements.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with team members.
- Proficiency in basic IT skills and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to evolving tasks and priorities.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
