We’re looking for a Recording Document Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely submission of real estate documents on behalf of our valued clients. This position requires a minimum of 2+ years of real estate recording experience.
**Required work hours - 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific**
What You’ll Do:
As a Recording Document Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things related to real property documents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Document Review & Preparation: Examine real estate documents to ensure compliance with county-specific requirements and government codes.
Research & Accuracy: Leverage online county indexes to gather and verify critical information.
Client Support: Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing expert guidance and timely resolutions.
Tracking & Reporting: Manage document modifications, track communications, and handle basic accounting and fee reconciliation for daily submissions.
Collaborative Leadership: Share your industry expertise by providing training and support to colleagues.

Position's Pay Range:
