The PositionWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Record to Report CRM Treasury Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will execute day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring compliance with service level agreements and standard operating procedures. This role involves continuously improving the performance of our Shared Service Center (SSC) through effective communication, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving.
Main Responsibilities
As a Record to Report CRM Treasury Analyst, you will:
- Coordinate and perform various financial tasks including:
- Daily bank posting
- Interface control
- Manual corrections
- Reconciliation of bank and bank suspense balance sheet accounts
- Posting and reconciling treasury transactions
- Cash flow analysis and control
- Intercompany reconciliation and reporting
- GL journal posting
- Other reporting activities
- Handle incoming calls and emails promptly
- Follow up on open items and resolve missing entries
- Seek cooperation opportunities between teams and team members
- Provide assistance to colleagues
- Foster a team environment and support effective communication within the team
- Actively participate in workshops, meetings, and team events
- Display high integrity by adhering to Roche guidelines
- Perform various assignments flexibly as evolving business needs warrant
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related area
- 3+ years of finance and accounting experience
- Solid understanding of accounting processes
- Proficiency with computerized applications, including spreadsheets and databases (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, G-Suite)
- Desired knowledge of Finance Shared Services and operational accounting processes and technology systems (e.g., SAP, BlackLine, SNOW)
- Strong ability to prioritize, organize work effectively, and adhere to tight deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to perform work independently with limited direction and guidance
- Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage priorities
- Works well in team settings and ensures thorough execution of all tasks
- Language requirements: English & Spanish
