Analyst Period End and Accounting

About the Role:
As a Period End and Accounting Analyst, you will join the Record to Report (RTR) Specialist team within our finance operations. We are seeking an individual with at least 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in both Korean and English. In this role, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive RTR processes, including bank statement processing, reconciliations, month-end closing, inventory and fixed asset accounting, as well as intercompany transaction processing and reconciliations.
You will also prepare and post journal entries, support financial reporting and analysis, and assist with audit preparation by providing required documentation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; hands-on experience with SAP (FI module), OneStream, and Blackline; and strong expertise in intercompany accounting, bank reconciliation, and fixed asset processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Audit support experience and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all RTR activities, including bank statement processing, reconciliations, and month-end closing tasks.
- Oversee accounting tasks related to inventory and fixed assets, from capitalization to disposal.
- Process and reconcile intercompany transactions, including netting and balance confirmations.
- Prepare and post journal entries, including mass reversals and corrections as required.
- Support regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.
- Contribute to audit preparation and provide necessary documentation for internal and external auditors.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Korean and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RTR or related finance and accounting processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (FI module), OneStream, and Blackline preferred.
- Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting, bank reconciliation, and fixed asset processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in supporting internal and external audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
