As a Record to Report Accounting Manager you’ll be responsible for:
- Accountable for the integrity of the financial statements of the Americas ORUs
- Ensures consistent application of R2R processes in line with prescribed global standards
- Accountable for the adherence to Group policies and procedures.
- Responsible to identify opportunities for process improvement and to collaborate with the RTR Process Ops & Transformation Lead to address these.
- Review that all balances are correctly held and that adequate reconciliations
- are available with appropriate documentation. Verify compliance with accounting standards and regulations (PAP, IFRS, local regulations).
- Ensure Internal Control Standard (ICS) tool on a timely and accurate basis.

What you’ll do
- Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates.
- Involved in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.
- Accountable for operational performance of the ORUs, in compliance with the related internal
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
Your qualifications
- Typically requires a several years of experience in functional finance positions with a Bachelor’s degree; or a Master’s degree;
- Lean experience preferred
- Experience in shared services operational environment (preferred).
- Manage teams and engage people
- Track record with transformation, change management; change and transformation agent
- Hands-on leader
- Strong collaborator, networker internally
