Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):- Reconcile balance sheet accounts (bank reconciliation, accrued revenue, prepayments, etc.)
- Maintain the integrity of the General Ledger reconciliations and month-end close processes
- Work on standardization of General Ledger processes across regions and teams
- Collaborate with Global Finance & Group teams to streamline R2R activities
- Prepare period-end adjustments (accruals, currency conversions, etc.) and review team’s work
- Provide reporting and analysis on end-to-end financial processes
- 3-5 years of experience in Record to Report, General Ledger, and financial reconciliation
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite (Oracle experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process issues and implement solutions
- Self-motivated and trustworthy with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
