- Acting as a technical consultant for the Orthopaedic Reconstruction portfolio, specialising in total joint reconstruction
- Converting new and existing accounts through effective sales calls, in service support and operating room case coverage
- Training and educating surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+Nephew products, technologies and programs
- Building strong partnerships with orthopaedic and podiatric surgeons, hospitals, OR staff, SPD teams and administrators
- Driving adoption of innovative solutions including the CORI robotic surgical and navigation system
- Developing and executing a territory business plan to grow revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborating cross divisionally with Reconstruction and Sports Medicine partners to uncover growth opportunities
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years medical device sales experience, preferably within orthopaedics
- Demonstrated success selling and converting business at surgeon and hospital level
- Strong relationship building skills with surgeons, KOLs and hospital stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory strategically and deliver results
- Experience mentoring or supporting other sales professionals is preferred
