As a Reconciliation Manager Associate in International Consumer Banking , you lead the end-to-end delivery of recurring objectives and key results and key performance indicator reporting, plus ad hoc reporting, grounded in standardized metric definitions and strong data governance. You design, build, and enhance scorecards, execute data-quality controls and reconciliations, and translate findings into accurate, timely, executive-ready reporting materials and presentation decks. Job Responsibilities:
- Design standardized metric definitions and scorecards aligned with data governance standards.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting packs, performing data-quality checks, reconciliations, and exception analysis with decision-oriented commentary.
- Develop self-service analytics capabilities and monitoring frameworks that enable stakeholders to access insights independently.
- Craft executive-ready presentation materials that translate results into clear narratives supported by polished visuals.
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals, content lifecycle, and version control to ensure readiness ahead of governance forums.
- Automate reporting workflows and controls to reduce cycle time, strengthen control effectiveness, and minimize operational risk.
