What you’ll own
Execute daily operational processes including merchant payment, settlement clearing reconciliation, invoicing, dispute handling, and manual transaction processing with high accuracy and efficiency.
Support sales activities by preparing proposals, coordinating RFPs, managing documentation, and assisting in client meetings and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., vendors, banks, and service providers) to ensure smooth transaction flows and timely issue resolution.
Monitor operational performance and deliver monthly reports, ensuring service levels and customer satisfaction standards are consistently met.
Identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining compliance with internal procedures and controls.
What you’ll bring
Minimum 1+ year of experience in financial operations, transaction processing, or back-office support functions.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with ability to handle documentation and dispute cases.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow standardized procedures and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication and coordination skills with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
It’s a bonus if you have
Experience in credit card operations or payment processing environments.
Background in accounting, reconciliation, or financial services operations.
Familiarity with sales support processes such as RFP preparation or client coordination.
