We’re looking for an energetic person who is inspired by our mission to own in-production recipe validations. This person would have experience working in a kitchen producing recipes, and possibly recipe data entry. They will be thrilled to work with 100’s of food creators and drive business impact. This person will own scheduling, facilitating, executing recipe validations with platform food creators; tracking and updating any changes to recipes.
Responsibilities:- End-to-end ownership over the success of the validations process in their home market
- Manage scheduling sessions with platform creators
- Improving and maintaining the recipe database relevant to their work
- Works cross-functionally with key stakeholders to prioritize and drive impact
- Participate in building self-serve processes for food creators
- Collaborate with operational teams to refine existing validation processes
- Work with food creators to test new SKUs
- Work with culinary creators to develop recipes suitable for high-volume
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of production or recipe dev experience in reputable organizations
- A strong passion and knowledge base for food and food creators
- Ability to work cross-functionally with several stakeholders
- An analytical mindset and high EQ
- Ability to work in our Los Angeles or New York facility 5 days per week
