Hogan Lovells Alicante is searching for a Receptionist for our Alicante office.

- Working hours: from 09:00 to 18:00 (09:00 to17:00 on Fridays) (1 hour lunch break)
Be demanding. We are, too. These tasks await you:
- Directing telephone calls (from a multi-line phone) and/or recording messages for the correct recipients
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, determining the nature of their business, and providing appropriate information.
- Assisting the Office Manager and Technology Department with scheduling and organizing conference rooms, office equipment, and facility space and amenities (Setting up conference rooms with designated amenities, including refreshments or meals).
- Assisting the Office Manager, Office Administration and handling delegated office facilities maintenance/service tasks.
- Copy Room Maintenance: filling paper, cleaning machines, changing toner.
- Kitchen Maintenance: order and distribute kitchen supplies from local providers.
- Assisting with special projects on various operations issues as needed.
Ideal candidates will match the following profile.
- Motivated, reliable, and flexible.
- English level C1 – another language will be valued
- Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure and at time change.
- Flexible.
- Ability to seek advice and guidance when necessary.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Practice straight talk.
