- Act as the first point of contact by answering incoming telephone calls, determining purpose of callers, and forwarding calls to appropriate individuals
- Respond to inquiries about the organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with established policies and procedures
- Complete administrative projects for various departments as needed/Ad-hoc assignments
- Perform light-to-medium computer work involving basic spreadsheets, data entry, and word processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail oriented and flexible
- Must have proven Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet Search Skills
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing office environment
- Other duties as assigned
