Currently, we are looking for a receptionist to join our team at Masaryčka. 

What you would work on?  

  • Managing the Second Foundation front desk by being the first point of contact for employees and visitors (registration, issuing badges, entrance cards, etc.). 
  • Keeping the office space pleasant, comfortable, and professional. 
  • Maintaining the inventory, by ordering and distributing office supplies, stationery, and hardware. 
  • Performing general office assistant tasks, such as picking up deliveries and going to the post office.   
  • Ensuring that the office complies with health & safety regulations.   
  • Supporting tasks related to newcomers, such as distributing welcome packages, assets, multisport cards, and others.   
  • Providing administrative support for the Second Foundation employees. 

What makes you a great candidate? 

  • Fluent in Czech and communicative English. 
  • Positive attitude. 
  • People-centric attitude. You will be around people a lot.  
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests at the same time.   
  • Great written, verbal, and intrapersonal communication skills.    
  • Ideally you already have experience as a receptionist or office assistant.
