Job Summary
Provides support to the Property and its leasing team. This is a non-exempt position.
RequirementsHigh school diploma with 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist. Performs a variety of tasks to include answering the phones, scheduling appointments, interacting with prospects and residents. Works under general supervision. Has operating knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, MRI, Adobe, Canva, and on-line content creation. Driving occasionally may be a function of this position. Assist in the overall team effort.
ResponsibilitiesMorning Tasks:
- Check voicemail, emails, and maintenance request inboxes and call backs.
- Review the schedule for tours, meetings, and/or appointments from locators.
- Restock front desk supplies
- Restock juice bar
- Make sure front desk areas are clean and organized.
- Impak announcements.
Throughout the Day:
- Greet and assist all visitors and residents with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Answer incoming calls; route to the appropriate department or take detailed messages.
- Respond to resident inquiries in person, by phone, or email.
- Call residents and deliver packages.
- Keep records of visitor and vendor sign-ins.
- Post in-office rent payments or forward to the correct staff, if applicable.
- Ensure resident contact information is correct, update as needed.
- Support leasing staff by printing, scanning, or organizing paperwork.
- Coordinate and assist with property events; to include creating fliers, ordering and picking up supplies.
- Respond to Rental Verification Requests.
- Any other assigned duties as requested by property manager or senior staff.
