As the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for Bray International, Inc. you will have a unique opportunity to put your superior communication skills to work by providing a high level of professional customer service in all interactions, both in-person in our reception area and on the phone. Your administrative expertise, gained in a similar professional organization, combined with your experience in Microsoft Office, will ensure that you are able to provide consistent support to a fast-paced organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate and fast paced administrative support in the reception area by answering phones, greeting and directing visitors, and monitoring parking lot access.
- Issuing temporary visitor as well as employee badges.
- Generating, managing and distributing reports from UltiPro HRIS
- Managing department invoices to include printing, coding, managing approvals and scanning to accounts payable.
- Submitting check requests for applicable reimbursement programs.
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing mail.
- Administration of MVR process
Minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related administrative or receptionist experience in a professional, fast paced and high traffic environment
- Proficiency utilizing Microsoft 365 and a multi-line phone system
- Prior experience processing invoices
