Position

Tempe, AZ | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday
Pay: $20–$22/hour DOE

Essential Job Duties

  • Reception & Telephone Coordination
  • Greet all customers with grace & professionalism
  • Print & deliver work order throughout the shop
  • Email and call customers when orders are complete
  • Close out orders as needed in company software program
  • Help create FedEx & UPS Shipping Labels
  • Help Schedule Couriers as needed
  • Monitor Office Supplies
  • Other Administrative / Clerical Duties as Needed

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Self-starter & highly motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid reading and comprehensions skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly detailed with Strong organizational skills
  • Previous receptionist experience required
