Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team based at a prestigious legal client site in London. 

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your own style, personality, and professionalism to a brand new Portico operation, where delivering a market leading client experience isn’t just encouraged, it’s expected.

About the Role
As part of a small but dynamic Front of House team, you will play a key role in shaping a seamless and memorable customer journey. From the first booking email to the moment a guest steps into the lift to leave, you’ll ensure every interaction is polished, warm, and consistent.

You’ll be part of a team of four responsible for:

  • Meet & Greet services
  • Meeting room management
  • Hosting and supporting client events
  • Escorting guests to meeting rooms
  • Delivering a smooth, high quality visitor experience at all times

This is a hands on role where you’ll have the chance to innovate, elevate standards, and help define what exceptional service looks like for this client.
The successful candidate will also act as a Fire Warden and be First Aid trained (or willing to train).

Hours: 40 hours, shifts from Mon- Fri, Operational hours from 8am-8pm. Shifts are 8am-5pm or 11am-8pm.
Salary: £32,000 per annum

  • Previous experience in a busy customer service or Front of House role (essential)
