We have an immediate need for a full-time Receptionist to join our Business Administration team in Santa Fe. This position works closely with internal employees as well as our independent contractors, patients, and external vendors.
 
This position focuses on a variety of different tasks from handling the reception area to assisting with patient and office needs. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is a go-getter, and works well with a team as well as independently. #INDNM/ABQ

Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phone system 
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Manage office, snack and durable medical equipment supply levels
  • Greet and assist all incoming visitors 
  • Multitask at a high level
  • Maintain positive relationship with vendors
  • Assist with promotional products
  • Organize patient and employee appreciation events
  • Maintain and support phone and technology solutions
  • Manage office work orders
  • Work with various departments on varying needs
  • Manage fax distributions

 Qualifications

    • Outgoing and warm personality
    • Helpful, mindful, and solutions oriented
    • Concise communication and follow through with different teams and departments
    • Maintain a positive relationship with peers, patients, providers, vendors, and care takers
    • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, Microsoft word, Outlook & Excel
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Work efficiently on various tasks
    • Excellent reading, writing, & communication skills
    • Must have a strong value system, be loyal, and interested in making a difference behind the scenes for patients         and their families 
    • Must have great interpersonal skills and be a team player
     
     

 Receptionist Benefits

    • Compensation $17-$21 per hour
    • $100 monthly cell phone reimbursement
    • PTO, holidays, and your birthday off
    • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance after 90 days
     
     Hours typically from 8:00am-5:00pm – some afterhours depending on workload an projects
