UTA is seeking a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for the company, the ideal candidate will be a sharp, outgoing, engaging individual who will provide a five-star, white glove service to our visitors upon their arrival. These visitors include high profile clients, business executives and others who require immediate recognition and sensitivity. Additionally, they will be answering and routing phone calls to the appropriate offices.
Previous Receptionists that excelled were extremely organised, articulate, upbeat, friendly, have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be energetic with a superb work ethic and an ability to remain focused and detail oriented while multi-tasking other items.
What You Will Do
· Greeting visitors in a professional and pleasant manner and alerting the appropriate parties of said arrival
· Maintaining the tidiness of reception and the common areas of the office
· Answering phone lines and transferring calls to the appropriate offices
· Overseeing the meeting room schedule to ensure optimal use of the rooms
· Support the Director, Workplace Services with various administrative tasks
· Other ad hoc duties
