Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors, clients, and staff. 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage and maintain the scheduling of appointments and meeting rooms.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Provide information and support to clients, visitors, and staff members as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
