As a Receptionist, you
will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing
exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will manage front
desk operations efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all guests and
staff.
Key
Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors,
clients, and guests professionally and courteously.
* Manage incoming
calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and handle inquiries from

email inquiries and relay messages effectively.
Requirements
* High school diploma
or equivalent; additional certification in office management or a related field
is a plus.
* Proven experience as
a receptionist or in a similar role.
* Excellent

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
