We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor to warmly welcome visitors and handle a variety of administrative tasks. 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage and schedule appointments and meetings for staff and clients.
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the building.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office equipment such as telephones, computers, and fax machines.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
