About the Role
The Receptionist will serve as the face and voice of the organization, creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing front office operations with efficiency and professionalism. The role supports administrative functions and contributes to a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate contacts or departments.
· Manage the organization's main phone line and handle general inquiries efficiently.
· Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized and reflects a professional image.
· Coordinate courier services, deliveries and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
· Support office administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling and managing supplies.
Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
· Diploma in Business Administration, Front Office Operations, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy corporate environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
