What’s on offer?

Are you a passionate, friendly, and committed individual, seeking to re-enter the workforce, upskill, or simply wishing to join a dynamic and engaging environment? Our Infrastructure Services business based in Welshpool are now seeking a Receptionist, to maintain reception and welcome visitors, working Monday to Friday. This is a permanent position working full-time hours and will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining reception and phone management.
  • General administration and data entry, including maintenance of records and databases.
  • Purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and coordination of office equipment.
  • Ensuring all main facilities are well stocked and maintained (boardroom and kitchen).

Ideally you will have transferable skills, or a strong desire to learn on the job.  A proactive and can-do attitude, with an ability to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently to self-manage tasks. You will exhibit professional acumen and communication skills, with an ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Finally, strong attention-to-detail, and prioritisation skills with a focus on quality outcomes, will see you hit the ground running in this role.
