Are you highly organised and friendly? Looking to join a dynamic team? We are currently looking for a professional Office Assistant to be the face of our Bristol office!
You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, playing a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, working closely and reporting to the Office Coordinator.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Managing the reception and wider office areas ensuring they are always presentable and well stocked
Managing client meeting rooms and appointments
Managing parking requests and bookings
Taking calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed
Assisting with administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, data entry, and handling post distribution
Supporting the wider office team with ad-hoc tasks and projects
What we are looking for
Previous experience in a front of house or a customer-facing role is welcomed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A friendly, proactive, and professional attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of reliability
