ReceptionistOur Radnor, PA office, approximately 30 minutes outside of Philadelphia, is hiring a Receptionist / Office Manager to join our office of 60 investment and trust professionals. As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact – and first impression – for all guests and clients, creating a warm and welcoming experience while managing essential administrative duties.
How You Will Add ValueYou will serve as office receptionist, greeting visitors in a friendly, professional manner
You will provide administrative support, maintaining the overall operation and efficiency of the office wherever needed
You will coordinate hospitality, preparing conference rooms, food, and catering for meetings
You will ensure office equipment functions properly, contacting vendors for repairs as needed
You will order office supplies using the Coupa procurement ordering system
You will assist with marketing efforts and event planning coordination and provide ad-hoc project support as needed
You will perform other administrative tasks as needed
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or some college coursework a plus
2 + years of experience in a professional environment
Demonstrates a positive and friendly attitude, professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and teamwork
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong customer service skills and MS Office experience
Must be flexible and available for early office start times as needed
Ability to work in the office five days per week. Available to come into the office early to prepare for client meetings and events
Compensation: Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards—monetary and non-monetary — designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results. Along with base compensation, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, a 401(k) plan with a generous match, and recognition rewards. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes a range of competitive healthcare options, insurance, and disability benefits, employee stock investment program, learning resources, career development programs, reimbursement for certain education expenses, paid time off (vacation / holidays / sick / leave / parental & caregiving leave / bereavement / volunteering / floating holidays) and a motivational wellbeing program. We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $52,000 - $60,000, depending on level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
