The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all Headquarters callers and visitors and sets the tone for the Guest experience. This role supports daily office operations and requires an individual with proven customer service experience, professional communication skills and telephone etiquette, and office administrative abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Forward calls to the proper party
- Take complete and accurate messages and deliver them to the appropriate person as quickly as possible
- Listen to and direct voicemails received during closed hours
- Manage vendors such as Canteen and other vendors as assigned.
- Perform various administrative duties that do not interfere with the receptionist’s ability to provide top service
- Receive deliveries, including packages and mail
- Manage the mail
- Provide parking validations
- Point of contact for employee parking passes
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service or receptionist experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college or associate’s degree preferred.

Working Environment:
- Typical office environment with climate control and sufficient lighting, ergonomic desk/chairs
- Based at the Corporate Office located in downtown St. Louis, MO
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to lift or push packages if needed

- Appropriate handling of Guest interactions, mail and invoices
