Cobalt Service Partners, a leading provider of automatic door and commercial entrance solutions, is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, vendors, and employees. In this role, you'll manage incoming calls, support multiple divisions, and ensure high-quality customer interactions while working closely with the team for clarity and communication. The ideal candidate is highly personable, professional, and excels in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

 

***This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sacramento, CA, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM***


In this role you will…

  • Answer a large volume of incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Provide clarity on customer calls to all divisions and help set priority and urgency for service needs.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming service calls and general inquiries.
  • Accurately log service calls, customer requests, and follow-ups into internal systems or CRM.
  • Support dispatch, service, and other teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, scanning, and other office projects.
  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain proper security and visitor protocols at all times.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prior administrative or receptionist experience, ideally in a service-based company
  • Very personable and cheerful
  • Team-oriented
  • Organized and self-starting
  • Strong multitasking ability
