Devsinc is looking for an energetic, well-spoken, and professional Receptionist. The ideal candidate will represent Devsinc with warmth and confidence, ensure smooth front-desk functioning, and provide administrative support to internal teams. This role requires someone who is organized, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering an excellent employee and visitor experience.
Responsibilties
- Manage front-desk operations including greeting visitors, answering calls, handling inquiries, and directing them appropriately
- Maintain visitor logs, coordinate appointments, and ensure security and access protocols are followed
- Provide administrative support such as document handling and basic office coordination
- Ensure the reception and waiting area remains professional, tidy, and welcoming at all times
- Coordinate with relevant departments for facility or operational support when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, B.Com or relevant diploma qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Must be comfortable working night shifts
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and ability to operate office equipment
- Prior receptionist or administrative support experience is a plus
