Receptionist

This role is often the first point of contact for visitors and callers, making professionalism and efficiency essential. Receptionists/Operators contribute to both the smooth flow of office operations and the positive image of the company.

What You'll Do:

Visitor Management

• Welcome and direct visitors, employment applicants, salespersons, and customers to appropriate locations and personnel.
• Maintain a visitor log and issue identification badges when required.
• Notify staff of visitor arrivals promptly.

Telephone System Operation

• Operate single or multi-line telephone systems to route calls efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and transfer calls to the correct departments or individuals.

Administrative Support

• Perform word processing and other clerical tasks as needed.
• Use company intranet, paging systems, or other computer-based tools to support communication.
• Assist with filing, sorting, and mail distribution.
• Complete special clerical projects as assigned.
