Job Description

  

Summary
Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company. Receptionist’s duties will include offering administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests, and greeting people who visit the business. Also coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to::

  • Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system

  •  Greet and screen visitors using our visitor management system (check-in/check-out)

  • Coordinate facility visits: issue badges, arrange meals, and prepare meeting rooms

  • Support the HR department with special projects as assigned

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including use of postage machine

  • Enter change requests and new vendor/customer data into the ERP system

  • Request and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs)

  • Audit weekly check runs for the Finance department

  • Scan purchase orders (POs) and change orders (COs) daily

  • Prepare reports, binders, mailings, and other materials for various departments

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 2 years of office experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary Range:

$33,800.00-$45,100.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
