You will be representing the Business professionally and acting as the first point of contact for all staff and visitors who enter our Marlton office.
The salary range for this position is $40,000-$55,000 annually.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new applications easily.
- Ability to manipulate data.
- Confidence and ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Courteous and responsible attitude when working within a professional environment, particularly when handling incoming calls and external visitors.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities with a calm and assertive manner, exercising reasonable judgement when appropriate.
What you will be doing
- Meeting and greeting staff and visitors in reception offering a warm welcome.
- Issuing new staff passes, visitor and contractor passes and liaising with the building landlord over visitors, contractors and deliveries.
- Making bookings for loading bay and parking for deliveries, visitors and contractors via building landlord reception.
- Monitoring the Reception Mailbox for incoming emails, enquiries and notifications of planned visitors, contractors and deliveries.
- Booking couriers, taxis, contractor visits and stock orders as needed.
- Restocking meeting rooms with resources as and when needed while ensuring meeting room standards are maintained. Supporting bookings as required.
- Maintaining responsibility for adhoc administration duties.
- Supporting senior management.
