Crossrail (E14 5AR)
Permanent
Salary: £29,300 plus benefits
Full time 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday. Saturdays on a rotational basis.
Clinic opening hours are:
07:00am – 08:00pm Monday – Friday.
07:00am – 04:00pm Saturday
Shifts will be:
06:45am – 03:45pm
10:00am – 07:00pm
11:00am – 08:00pm

To ensure all reception and administrative activities in the Bupa centre are carried out
efficiently and effectively to a high standard. To contribute as a support network in providing
outstanding customer service to our customers every time they touch base with us.
This is a Front of House role where you will be the welcoming face of Bupa and will support our
customers throughout their journey with us. The core responsibilities and accountabilities of the
position will range from a number of clerical and administration tasks and dealing with a wide
range of customer enquiries.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers as they arrive, and you are expected to
give a warm welcome as they enter the lobby of the clinic. You will walk the clients over to the
correct reception desk and make sure the reception area is welcoming and tidy.
- Meet and greet all customers with a world class customer service and effectively arrive them
on the booking system checking for personal data in line with our data protection policies.
- Ensure all associated paperwork or documentation for the appointment is correct, handled
with discretion, in a timely manner and processed/stored efficiently. - Handle customer booking requests and follow up appointments that suit the needs of the
customer and diary restrictions.
- Process payments and invoices accordingly with good record keeping.
- Ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues and customers while in the centre.
- Play an active part in ensuring the centre is a well-presented facility and clean and calm
environment.
- Contribute fully to team goals and build excellent working relationships with clinical and non-
clinical role and the centres' KPI's.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure the centre adheres to its KP.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Previous job experience within a Health or Dental setting is desirable but not always essential
but you should have a passion for healthcare and able to display empathy towards our
customers.
- A level or equivalent education
- Experience in high-end Private Healthcare practice or Hospitality venue such as hotels, private
clubs or airlines
- Hard working, flexible multi-tasker who takes high pride in their appearance
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
