We need a Receptionist to join our team at Stonespring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Dayton, OH.
$13 to $15.50 an hour!
You'll serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notify company personnel of visitor arrival; maintaining security & managing incoming communication.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Providing excellent customer service to each visitor & caller
- Mastering of the Facility Phone System including answering & directing calls to the proper supervisor or department, taking messages, & screening employ calls
- Greeting visitors, sales people, families & prospective residents
- Directing visitors to the lobby or appropriate supervisor
- Assisting the facility Business Office Coordinator by performing administrative tasks (Filing, receiving payments, directing new applicants/hires)
- Mastering the Screening System for all Team Members, Vendors & Visitors
- Other office duties as assigned
You’ll Need To Have:
- A pleasant and outgoing personality & excellent communication skills
- A desire to learn & help others
- A high school diploma or associated degree
- General computer skills
