The Role

Your Role 

As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our firm, managing front desk operations and creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for all clients, team members, and guests at our Mexico office. This is an opportunity for a self-motivated, client-experience-driven candidate to join our creative and high-performing office.  

 

 What You Will Do 

  • Answer phones locally and internationally (Clients and Gensler staff from other offices)
  • Greet all visitors, helping and providing information as appropriate
  • Monitor conference room schedule, booking and updating as necessary
  • Order food meetings and/or events.
  • Maintain the aesthetic appearance of the reception area (client-ready)
  • Check office supplies (restock supply room as needed)
  • Assist with building maintenance issues and requests
  • Assist with handling FedEx, courier, and other delivery needs
  • Coordinate errands as needed for the office
  • Provide overall administrative support to the office and the business operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

 

Your Qualifications 

  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a similar position
  • Bilingual – English & Spanish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organized
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and be able to perform several tasks simultaneously throughout the course of a workday.
