Receptionist

Boston Dynamics is seeking a Receptionist to help facilitate a positive experience for everyone who enters our organization. Every day, you will be the first point of contact for all employees and visitors at Boston Dynamics. To thrive in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be reliable and have a customer service mindset.

Now we are quickly becoming a recognized leader in automation solutions for industrial applications and warehouse logistics. 

Day-to-Day Activities

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately 

• Assist employees and visitors in finding their way around the office 

• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls

• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via security software

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

• Retrieve mail, scan and email appropriate material to Purchasing, People Ops, etc.

• Envoy - Oversee the sign-in process, liaison with legal regarding NDAs, shepherd tour groups through the registration process

• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks

Desired Skills

• At least 3+ year of prior experience as a receptionist 

• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google G Suite and hands-on experience with office equipment

• Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Ability to speak Korean and/or Spanish a plus
