As a Receptionist, you’ll support office operations at our Corporate Headquarters as we continue to grow as North America’s top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials. Position Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, determine their purpose and forward calls to appropriate people or department.

• Use word processing, spreadsheets or specialized software to complete daily requests.

• Order office and department supplies.

• Assist with customer service calls, daily correspondences and clerical duties.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2 - 3 years of related receptionist experience with excellent communication skills.

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in a corporate office environment preferred.
