Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquires, sorting mail and special projects. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet and Greet Visitors
  • Answering phone calls
  • Sorting Mail
  • Sends SOC-1, GAP, COI Letters and W-9 Forms to client upon request
  • Enters new client indicative data into JetPay Service Center (JPSC)
  • Assist clients with payroll pick-up
  • Manage petty cash disbursements, tracking and reconciliation
  • Maintains and updates Front Office Process Manual
  • Ordering All Office Supplies
  • Ordering All Coffee, Waters, Sodas
  • Ordering Business Cards
  • Working with Building Management to ensure satisfactory maintenance of premises
  • Making Conference Center Reservations
  • Assisting Tax Department and Packing Department with projects that can be handled from front desk – includes Tax Service Local paper returns for EIT and LST and obtaining missing client State and Local ID #’s
  • Annual Mainframe Form Changes
  • Ordering End of Year Lunches/Dinners
  • Maintaining stock in Board Room, Stock Room and Kitchen
  • Assist with Corporate Events as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ year front desk receptionist experience
